Anthony-Joseph DiMatteo (A-J) brings over two decades of real estate finance and development expertise to Real Estate Development USA.
His experience spans all asset classes—including residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and retail—and covers every phase of the investment cycle. A-J served in acquisitions and development at Silverstein Properties, where he worked directly with Larry Silverstein on billions of dollars of projects, including the World Trade Center redevelopment and Four Seasons Downtown NY. Prior to Silverstein Properties, A-J held analytical roles at The Carlton Group and Newmark RE, refining his craft in financial modeling, due diligence, and capital structuring.
A-J's is also a member of Respada, where he sources and evaluates private equity and real estate opportunities for family offices and high net worth investors.
